75th Annual Michigan Auctioneers Association Conference
Last week, our team had the honor of attending the 75th Annual Michigan Auctioneers Association Conference – a milestone year celebrating the strength, tradition, and future of the auction industry in Michigan.
This year’s conference was especially meaningful for Miedema Asset Management Group. Between leadership appointments, Hall of Fame recognition, and multiple marketing awards, it was a week we won’t forget.
We are proud to share that Jeremy Miedema has been named President of the Michigan Auctioneers Association for 2026.
The MAA represents auction professionals across Michigan and plays a key role in education, ethics, advocacy, and advancing the auction industry. Being elected President is a significant honor and reflects the trust and confidence of peers across the state.
Jeremy’s leadership, vision, and commitment to the profession continue to shape both our company and the broader auction community. We’re excited to see him help guide the association in the year ahead and continue strengthening the industry statewide.
Another proud moment for our team was Chuck Ranney’s induction into the Michigan Auctioneers Association Hall of Fame.
This honor is reserved for auctioneers who have made a lasting impact through leadership, integrity, and decades of service. It represents one of the highest recognitions in the profession.
Chuck’s career has been built on hard work, professionalism, and a reputation for doing things the right way. His influence extends far beyond the auction block and seeing him recognized at this level was incredibly special for our entire team.
